Unfortunately I don't have answers to any of your questions. Since you have a competent and friendly attorney, you might want to ask them about self employment.
If you port to self employment using AC-21, maybe you could send that as documentation to the USCIS. Also, in such a case, how does one show that one is getting paid? There is no payroll for the self employed, as far as I understand, so do you have to show some other form of income? like revenue generated by your company or something like that?

I would like to see all EB3 AS DONORS.
I have read so many posts in the past where senior members have clearly said that their is nothing possible for EB3 alone and if something is possible it would be for EB.
(as per calculator, I am going to get my GC in 2030) Would contribution of all EB3 help them in any way?

I challenge visitors in this forum to make atleast one fix, any small fix by sticking to the point and not beating around the bush and not getting into the shoes of others to paint the whole world problems in this.
Just stick to one point agenda and deliver it fully..

As per our religion Parents are always Gods. And there is story of Lord Ganesha about when he was asked that who is your God? He said my parents.
This is where the problem starts chantu. For us in India, anything and everything is god. Indian movie actress's are our gods. We build temple to them. Amitabh is a god, Manisha is a god. These people take the gods avtars in our movies. But we all know how those people are. Most of them in that industry commit adultry.
Our Hindu party BJP uses these movie celebraties during election. We easily portray gods using those filthy people. So this is where problem starts. We have to clean our own backyard first.

Its amazing how the self proclaimed defenders of Hinduism think that the religion is so fragile. Last I checked Hinduism is known to be >5000 years old, withstood countless aggressors/forced conversions for over 1000s of years, absorbed various cultures and ethnicities to remain one of the dominant religions in the world.
Its asinine to think that the religion/culture that withstood Aurangzeb will be diminished by a freakin IPA.
It is my view that folks who get offended by something as trivial as this, are reflecting their own insecurities or even their lack of faith in something they have been led to believe in.
There is an excellent article on Hinduism and why and how it has survived over the millenia by Amartya Sen. This is one of many excellent articles which are compiled in a book titled "The Argumentative India". If you get a chance please read this article and, even better, the whole book.
There is a lot of information about India's history and culture (with references) and might help throw some light on this discussion of gods on a toilet seat or beer bottle.
I also see a business opportunity from this discussion--caps with Ganesha embroidered on them - would sell like hot cakes! :)

Applicants from other countries that have not yet reached their per-country limit have reported a total demand of 6,500 numbers. After taking the worldwide demand into account, it is determined that as a result of the China-mainland born and India per-country limits only 8,100 of the total available Employment Second preference numbers would be used in that quarter. In this instance, the otherwise unused 3,500 numbers could then be made available to China-mainland born and India regardless of their per-country limits. Should that occur, the same cut-off date would be applied to each country, since numbers must be provided strictly in priority date order regardless of chargeability. I used AC21 twice. Both times I informed USCIS, EVL contained exact job description but different title. Did not have any AC21 related RFE and today got 'CP ordered email'. :) good luck to all!

upto March 2005 everything was pre-PERM, post March everything is PERM.
Those stats in the earlier post refer to only PERM LCs (1350 for India).
However I think there are going to be quite a few people with 2004/2005 pre-PERM PDs. In both mine as well as my wife's offices (big silicon valley companies) two things happened between Q4-2004 & Q1-2005 that contributed to many people with that PD:
- lawyers rushed in with filings because PERM was new, not well understood, and any case that they could file earlier, they did.
- the company had a policy of not filing GC after layoffs (2002/2003/2004) and by mid-2004 to end-2004 the economy had recovered enough that the companies felt comfortable starting GC processing again. All of us landed up in queue at the same time.
If you look at the data also you see this 'anomaly' where there is a big 'clump' of cases with PD jan/feb/march 2005.

We sent out a newsletter last night and out of 8400 emails, we have nearly 250 bounced back.
Emails like a@abc.com are obviously bogus emails.
See, I can understand the reason for that, you dont want spam. But we send out newsletter less than 2-3 times a month. And we dont sell information.
Send them PM and track them when they are logged.
IV newsletter is NOT spam. It is VERY good cause for the recipient. You have to be more aggressive.
