Couple of weeks ago, a friend of mine went for visa revalidation at Mumbai, he requested if he can come back in the evening and pick up the passports(all family). He was let come in the evening and pick them up.
Can you let me know the process?

Are you trying to substitue this LC that requires BS + 3-5 years or MS + 2 years? If so, and if you have not got answer to your question, the job requirements you posted qualify only for EB3 and not EB2 though you have MS. The labor should either Ask MS + 0-5 years or BS + 5 years to be qualified as EB2. EB2 and EB3 category does not depend on what you possess and only depends on what the job requirement is. So, BS + 3-5 years means BS + 3 years is also acceptable, so it goes into EB3.
and if you change company without substitution and apply in EB2 fresh and not substitution, you will still be able to port your EB3 PD which is JAn 2004 to your EB2 so thats good jump. Or if you have good relation with your current employer ask him to sponser and EB2 as you already have MS. that will work too.

I have 3 more H-1 years so I am considering changing a job in category EB2 so the process can be faster (my PD is Jan 2004 with approved I-140). My question is whether this position below can be considered in EB2 or not. To my knowledge on Eb2, it must be more than 5 years experience with BS or MS. I have a MS, but my work experience in US is total 4 years 4 months (intern 10 months in US during MS + 11 months with OPT after MS + 2yrs6months with H-1B).

- BS Degree plus 3-5 Yrs experience or MS Degree plus 2 Yrs experience.

I took some photos from a concert here in my city in Brazil.
The band is Bar�o Vermelho (http://www.barao.com.br/) (http://www.barao.com.br%29), they are very famous here and the songs are great.
I used a friend�s nikon 50mm 1.8D in all photos, because i just have one len (18-70mm).

How long did it take for the I-797 after the approval of 485? Which service center was this at?
It took about 4 days. Mine was filed at CSC and transferred to Nebraska Service Center

Efficiency of NSC is real shame. I heard sometime back that NSC has huge backlog compared to TSC. That is why TSC cases are getting approved in 1-2months and at NSC average time is 5-6 months. I guess they are forcing people to convert to PP.

Just in-case one gets layed-off and has an EAD, can that person buy a 7-Eleven or a Gas Station?
Can the EAD holder actually run the gas station/7-eleven by working/being present there? (Maybe he/she can work there and take all the profit but no salary).
What happens if there is an RFE asking for proof of employment during this period?

My attorney tells me they don't give employees copies of labor applications.
Is this normal? Would I need it in future - if I switch jobs 180 days after 485 etc?
My lawyer sends each and every piece of information. They sent 9089 for review,797 for labor also. They sent me the original approved labor certificate for my signature to file for 140. and also 797 copy for 140.
Though the employer processes labor and 140, Employee should ensure the accuracy of the information on all the applications. Employer should not deny for this.
These employers that abuse employees need to learn some lessons on how to treat their employees.
I think IV needs to take an inititave on these small scale body shopping employers who are not treating their employers with respect and the dignity they deserve.

Hello I opened 2 SRs 4 weeks ago. Yesterday I got two notices from USCIS.
My wife got finger printing notice but my notice says that "USCIS will notify me of biometrics when the appointment is available". Its so weird. I'm the prime applicant. Anybody any ideas? My lawyer said wait for 1 month. I spoke to USCIS customer service and they said wait for next month and open another SR.
My case was filed at NSC , then went to CSC and then transferred to NSC.
Anybody any ideas? Have they heard of cases where dependants are getting FP while Primary is waiting.

Which number must i put in the field
